Ma spices products are shipped by Shree Anjani Courier Services Pvt. Ltd. We require 48-72 hours to ship your order 90% of the orders will be shipped within 24 hours and another 1-3 days are required for transit depending on the location. We require complete address with phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses. Our warehouse system determines what carrier is most efficient for your delivery based upon several factors including merchandise ordered and delivery address. All orders can be tracked, while in transit. when your order ships, your confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number and shipping information. In India, you will receive them as quickly as possible. Generally, Maspices spices are dispatched within 2 days upon receiving your order & shipped 2-5 business days once dispatched.Out of stock items: All efforts will be made that your orders are supplied in full. However, sometimes it does happen that some products which you order are out of stock. In that case we will contact you by phone or email so that you can choose another product if you wish. If the substitution is not possible, we will ship the remaining goods. If we have received the payment in excess, we will refund the amount to your account.
