METHOD :- (1) Wash rice ans soak for 1 hour. (2) Take 2 t. sp. salt in water and boil rice in big utensils, just half done the rice keep aside and cool it. (3) Marinate chicken/mutton in ginger, garlic, green chilly paste, Sweet curd and 2 tsp. of Ma’s Shahi Biryani Masala. (4) Fry onion in 1 cup of oil in cooker, fry till light golden brown then add marinated chicken, 1 cup water and cooked and put a side. (5) Take large thick bottom utensils, place 1/2 cup oil at bottom, place 1/2 layer of rice, put layer of chicken or mutton mixture, put on that place remaining rice. Now spread 1 cup milk and 1/2 cup oil on it. (6) Cover the lid lightly and put weight on lid cook for 40-45 mins on slow flame for dum when smell comes out Biryani is ready.
Ingredients : (All Powder form) Red chillies, Garam Masala, Cummin, Nigella
Seeds, Bay leaves, Fennel, Kaju, Badam, Salt.
