METHOD: (1) Wash and cut all vegetables in big pieces and cook in cooker add 2 cups of water and 1 tea spoon salt. (2) Heat 1/2 cup of oil, shallow fry chopped onion in big kadhai. (3) Add 1 packet of MA’SPICES PAV BHAJI MASALA and mix properly for 2 mins., add boiled vegetables, mix well and mash properly with masher, cook for 2-3 mins. (4) Add a blob of Amul Butter. (5) Serve with hot buttered Pav and raw chopped onions, sprinkled corriander and lemon. garnish with coriander leaves.
