Paneer Kadhai Masala

METHOD:-(1) Heat 25 Gms. Butter/ Oil in a Kadai or a pan and Stir Fry 2 Medium sized Capsicum cut pieces in it. (2) Mix MA’SPICES PANEER KADHAI MASALA Mix in 1 Cups Of Milk and add the Mixture to the Kadai. Stir & Cook until the Oil Separates. (3) Add the 200 Gms of fried paneer Cubes & Capsicum cut into medium size pieces. (4) Stir and cook till 4-5 minutes. Your PANEER KADHAI is redy to serve.

INGREDIENTS: (ALL IN POWDER FORM) FRIED ONION, GINGER, GARLIC, RED CHILLI, STAR ANISE, BAYLEAVES, FENUGREEK, MUSTARD SEEDS, SUGAR, CUMIN, CORIENDER, FENNELSEEDS, TURMERIC, CASSIA, CLOVES, PEANUTS, FENUGREEK LEAVES, NIGELLA SEEDS, PEPPER, KASURI METHI, SUGAR, TAL, CARDAMOM, WHITE PEPPER, SALT. BEST BEFORE WITHIN 12 MONTHS FROM PKD DT.
