Kheema Masala

METHOD: (1) Pour a little oil in a cooker, add finely cut onion and fry it till it is brown. (2) Add ½ packet MA’Spices Kheema Masala in it and keep it aside. (3) Mix finely cut tomato with onion and fry it. Then mix the remaining ½ packet MA’Spices Kheema Masala in it. (4) Mix the Kheema / Mutton in it and fry it. (5) Add 1/2 cup water or as required and cook the Kheema / Mutton. The Shahi Kheema / Mutton will be ready in 15 minutes. Garnish it with finely cut coriander and pieces of boiled eggs and then serve it.
