Hyderabadi Biryani

METHOD: (1) Wash the rice and soak for 20 minutes. (2) Boil Rice in big utensil add 2 tsp. salt in water. See that rice is just 1/2 done and keep aside. (3) Marinate Chicken in Ginger-Garlic-Paste, 1 Full Packet MA’Spices HYDERABADI BIRYANI and curd, mix well. (4) Put brown onion in blender and make paste. Mix it in chicken marinated. Take the mixture in a non-stick pan and cook till done. (5) Take a large thick bottomed pot, place 1/2 cup oil at bottom place a layer of rice on that put a layer of chicken mixture after that place the layer of remaining rice. Now spread over 1 cup milk and 1 cup oil on that. (6) Cover the lid tight and put weight on lid cook for 20-25 Minutes on slow flame. Now Hyderabadi Biryani is Ready. Serve hot with onion slices and sweet curd.

INGREDIENTS: CORIANDER SEED, RED CHILLIES, DRY GARLIC POWDER, DRY GINGER POWDER, CUMIN, BLACK CUMIN SEEDS, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, TURMERIC, FENNEL SEEDS, STAR ANISE, GREEN CARDAMOM, CLOVES, CINNAMON, BAYLEAF, BLACK CARDAMOM, SCHEWAN PEPPER.
