Dragon Tikka

METHOD (1) Marinate the chicken in ginger-garlic & green chilli paste and 1 full packet of MA’SPICES DRAGON TIKKA MASALA. (2) Then add egg or curd and mix well for 20-25 mins. (3) Heat oil & deep fry. (4) Take cabbage leaves and arrange in a plate put, MA’SPICES DRAGON TIKKA, spread butter & serve hot

INGREDIENTS: (ALL IN POWDER FORM) RED-CHILLIES, CORIENDER-SEEDS, CUMIN-SEEDS, FENNEL-SEEDS, SALT, SUGAR, BLACK-PEPPER, STAR-ANISE, GREEN-CHILLIES, CLOVES, CASSIA, GROUNDNUTS, WHEAT FLOUR, BAY-LEAVES, AJINOMOTTO, FENUGREEK SEEDS, TURMERIC, DRY-GARLIC, DRY-GINGER, DRY-MANGO, DRY-CURRY LEAVES.
