Chicken Tikka Recipe

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken – 1 kg
  • Egg – 1
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • White pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
  • Yogurt – 1/3 cup
  • Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • MaSpices Chicken Tikka Masala 

Marination

To make the chicken tikka tender and flavorful, we need to marinate it properly. Here’s what you need to do:

    1. In a bowl, combine the boneless chicken, egg, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, Ma Spices Chicken Tikka Masala, and corn flour.
    2. Add yogurt and fresh cream to the mixture and mix well.
    3. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

Now that the chicken tikka is marinated, it’s time to cook it to perfection. Here’s how:

  1. Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of butter.
  2. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in the pan without overcrowding them.
  3. Cook the chicken on low flame for about 5 minutes on each side until it is cooked through.
  4. Flip the chicken pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Repeat the process until all the chicken pieces are cooked.

Grilling

If you prefer a smoky flavor in your chicken tikka, you can also grill it. Here’s how:

  1. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on a grill net.
  2. Place the grill net over a medium-high flame and cook the chicken on both sides.
  3. Apply butter to the chicken while grilling to enhance the flavor.
  4. Once the grill marks appear, remove the chicken from the grill.

Serving

Your delicious and juicy chicken tikka is now ready to be served. You can enjoy it as a standalone dish or use it as an ingredient in various recipes.

(3) Heat oil & deep fry. (4) Take cabbage leaves and arrange in a plate, put MA’SPICES CHICKEN TIKKA, spread butter & serve hot
