Chicken/Mutton Gravy Paste

Method: (1) Marinate chicken in 2 Tb. MA’SPICES CHICKEN MUTTON GRAVY PASTE and mix well. (2) Heat 1 cup oil saute marinated chicken, add 2 cup water and boil it. (3) Heat oil in vessel. Squeeze out water from grated onion and saute for 10 min. add tomato paste mix well. (4) Add remaining MA’SPICES CHICKEN MUTTON GRAVY PASTE saute for a while then add chicken pieces fry it for 20 min. then add stock into gravy cook well, till it becomes thick. (5) Serve hot.

INGREDIENTS: RED CHILLIES, CORIANDER, CUMMIN, CLOVES, CINNAMON, STAR ANISE. SCHEZWAN PEPPER, BLACK CARDMOM, BLACK PEPPER, NIGELLA SEEDS. BAY LEAVES, FENNEL, PALMOLIVE OIL, SALT. ACETIC ACID (E260), CITRIC ACID (E330), XANTHAN GUM (E415), SODIUM BENZOATE (E211) & POTASSIUM SORBATE (E202).
