Method: (1) Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic and green chillies paste. 1 Tb. Sp. Ma’s chicken mutton gravy masala and mix well. (2) Heat 1 cup oil saute marinated chicken, add 2 cup water and boil it. (3) Heat oil in vessel. Squeeze out water from grated onion and saute for 5 min. add tomato paste mix well. (4) Add Ma’s chicken mutton gravy masala saute for a while then add chicken pieces fry it for 10 min. then add stock into gravy cook well, till becomes thick. (5) Serve hot.
INGREDIENTS: (ALL POWDER FORM) RED CHILLIES, GARAM MASALA, CUMMIN, NIGELLA SEEDS, BAY LEAVES, FENNEL, SALT.
