METHOD:-(1) Heat oil in Kadhai, Fry onion till golden brown, add tomatoes, fry for a while. Then mix 1/2 PACKET MA’SPICES CHICKEN MUGHLAI MASALA, saute for 2 minutes. Remove from fire and cool it. (2) Marinate Chicken in Ginger-Garlic-Green Chillies paste. Add 2 tb. sp. MA’SPICES CHICKEN MUGHLAI MASALA and mix well. (3) Heat 2 tb. sp. oil in Cooker, Add marinated chicken pieces and fry for a while, Add 3 cups water and boil it. (4) Churn Onion mixture in grinder and make paste. (5) Take that Kadhai in which onion is fried, Add Boil Chicken, add onion mixture and mix well & Cook for 5-10 mins till gravy becomes thick. (6) Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot. garnish with coriander leaves.
