Chicken/Mutton Biryani Paste

METHOD: (1) Wash the rice and soak for 20 minutes and boil it. See that the rice is just under done and keep a side. (2) Marinate Chicken or mutton in 1/2 pkt. MA’Spices CHICKEN/MUTTON BIRYANI PASTE. (3) Take brown onion and curd in blender and mix well. (4) Put the blended mixture, chicken, MA’Spices CHICKEN / MUTTON BIRYANI PASTE 1 cup oil and mix well. (5) In large pot place oil at bottom, place the layer of ½ rice put layer of chicken, mixture and place the layer of remaining rice. (6) Cover the lid and cook it for 45 minutes on slow flame.

INGREDIENTS CORIANDER SEED, RED CHILLIES DRY GARLIC POWDER, DRY GINGER POWDER, CUMIN, BLACK CUMIN SEEDS, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, TURMERIC FENNEL SEEDS, STAR ANISE GREEN CARDAMOM CLOVES, CINNAMON, BAYLEAF BLACK CARDAMOM SCHEWAN PEPPER, PAMOLIEN OIL, ACETIC ACID (E260), CITRIC ACID (E330), XANTHAN GUM (E415), SODIUM BENZOATE (E211) & POTASSIUM SORBATE (E202).
