METHOD (1) Heat Oil in Kadhai, fry onion till golden brown, add tomatoes, fry for a while, then mix 1/2 Packet of MA’SPICES MUTTON MASALA saute for 2 minutes and keep aside. (2) Marinate mutton in ginger-garlic, Chillies paste. Add 2 tbsp. MA’SPICES MUTTON MASALA and mix well. (3) Heat 2 tbsp. Oil in cooker, add marinated mutton pieces and fry for a while, Add 3 cups water and boil it. (4) Churn onion in grinder and make paste. (5) Take the kadhai in which onion is fried, Add boil mutton, add onion mixture and mix well & cook for 5-10 mins till gravy becomes thick. (6) Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
