Method: (1) Overnight soak wheat in hot water (double it’s quantity) and pulses in normal water. (2) In the morning, take a cooker, and ½ cup oil, mix the soaked grains in it. (3) Add onions, 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tbsp chilli paste. Close the lid and simmer for 35-40 mins. (4) In another cooker, take 1/2 cup oil, mutton, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp chilli paste, 1 pkt MA’Spices HALIM KHICHDA MASALA and water. (5) Cook for 20-30 mins on slow flame. (6) Remove from heat and let it cool (7) Separet the meat from the bones and finely shred it. (8) Bring together the grains and the curry in a blender, then add the shredded meat to it. (9)Now bring it to a boil. Garnish with fried onions, finely cut chillies, ginger, mint leaves and lime juice.
