METHOD: (1) Marinate chicken lollypop in Ginger-Garlic-chillies paste and 1 full packet of MA’Spices CHICKEN LOLLYPOP MASALA for 30 minutes. (2) Then add egg or curd and mix well for 20-25 min. (3) Heat oil and deep fry. (4) Take cabbage leaves and arrange on plate put chicken lollypop and spread butter and serve hot.
