- Corn flour – 1 tablespoon
- Yogurt – 1/3 cup
- Fresh cream – 2 tablespoons
- Butter – 2 tablespoons

Marination
To make the chicken tikka tender and flavorful, we need to marinate it properly. Here’s what you need to do:

- In a bowl, combine the boneless chicken, egg, salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, Ma Spices Chicken Tikka Masala, and corn flour.
- Add yogurt and fresh cream to the mixture and mix well.
- Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
Now that the chicken tikka is marinated, it’s time to cook it to perfection. Here’s how:
- Heat a pan and add 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 teaspoon of butter.
- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in the pan without overcrowding them.
- Cook the chicken on low flame for about 5 minutes on each side until it is cooked through.

- Repeat the process until all the chicken pieces are cooked.
Grilling

- Arrange the marinated chicken pieces on a grill net.
- Place the grill net over a medium-high flame and cook the chicken on both sides.
- Apply butter to the chicken while grilling to enhance the flavor.
- Once the grill marks appear, remove the chicken from the grill.
