METHOD: (1) Boil chicken with ginger-garlic paste and 1 cup of water in cooker. (2) Mix 1 full packet of MA’Spices MALAI CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA with ½ cup of milk. Heat butter in kadhai and add in it. (3) When it becomes thick add chicken pieces & green chillies & cream or malai, one by one in it. Mix chicken soup and cook for 10 mins. (4) Malai chicken is ready to serve. Pack it in foil paper.
