METHOD: (1) Marinate chicken piece in ginger-garlic & green chillies paste. (2) Mix 1 full packet of MA’SPICES TAVA FRY MASALA with chicken & marinate for 20 minutes. (3) Heat butter in Tava, Add chicken pieces one by one and fry it on slow flame, cook for 20-30 minutes. (4) Serve hot wrapped in foil paper, decorate with cream on it.
