METHOD: (1) Marinate chicken in ginger- garlic, chilly paste & 1 full packet of MA’SPICES CHICKEN 65 MASALA. (2) Mix well & put aside for 1/2 hour. (3) Heat oil & deep fry chicken with curry leaves in it, one by one in slow flame on both of side of chicken. (4) Dot with butter, wrap in foil & serve.
