Achari Chicken Gravy

METHOD:- (1) Marinate Chicken pieces into 2 tb. sp. ginger-garlic-chilly and 1 full packet of MA’SPICES ACHARI CHICKEN MASALA (2) Add 1 cup of water and mix well. (3) Heat oil in non-stick pot, fry onion till change its colour. Add capsicum and fry for 2-3 minutes, add tomatoes fry for 2-3 minutes till it became soft. (4) Add marinated chicken, mix well fry till it separated oil, add 1 cup water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, when gravy became thick, take out from fire. Now Achari Chicken is ready to eat decorated with green chillies and onion rings. (You can also cook with Meat-“Achari Gost”)

INGREDIANTS:- (ALL POWDER FORM) RED

CHILLIES, GARAM MASALA, PEANUTS, CUMMIN, NIGELLA SEEDS, BAY LEAVES, FENNEL, SALT.
