METHOD (1) Marinate chicken with Ginger-Garlic and green chillies paste. 1 tbsp. Ma’s Chicken Masala and mix well. (2) Heat ½ cup of saute marinated chicken, Add 2 cup water and boil it. (3) Heat oil in vessel, squeeze out water from grated onion and saute for 10 min. Add tomato paste mix well. (4) Add MA’Spices CHICKEN MASALA saute for a while then add chicken pieces fry it for 10 min. Then add stock into gravy cook well, till becomes thick. (5) Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
