Amdawadi Chicken

METHOD: (1) Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic & green chilli paste, 2 tsp. MA’SPICES AMDAWADI CHICKEN MASALA & mix well. (2) Heat 3 tbsp. oil & saute the chicken, Add 3 cups water and boil it. (3) Heat oil in a vessel. Squeeze out water from the grated onions & saute for 5 minutes. Add tomato paste mix well. (4) Add MA’SPICES AMDAWADI CHICKEN MASALA & cook for a while then add chicken pieces, fry for 3 minutes then add stock into gravy cook well, till it becomes thick. (5) Serve hot garnish with green peas.
